This policy contains the basic guidelines concerning personal data collected and used by Datacraft Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Datacraft")
As a company handling personal data, Datacraft has established the following "Personal Data Protection Statement" for processing personal data (meaning personal data as in the Law Concerning the Protection of Personal Information).  Datacraft shall observe this Privacy Policy.

• Datacraft shall observe designated internal rules including this Privacy Policy for the collection, use and provision of appropriate personal data.
• Datacraft shall develop and employ measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data, including measures to prevent the loss, destruction, alteration and/or leakage of personal data in the possession of Datacraft.  Furthermore, in the event that tampering of said data should occur, corrective measures shall be promptly implemented.
• Datacraft shall observe all laws, ordinances, guidelines and standards in Japan concerning personal data.
• Datacraft shall respond to the inquiries about your personal data honestly and quickly.
• Datacraft shall continually improve the systems utilized for personal data management.

Datacraft shall use personal data of customers who purchase our goods and/or our services and who are to purchase, and suppliers who supplies the materials and goods which we sell, within the framework of the following purposes, except in cases in which the prior consent of the relevant person was obtained and in which the handling of said personal data is permitted as exceptional cases by other applicable laws and ordinances.

• Providing Datacraft’s products and services (including, but not limited to below)
• Membership management and user support
• Delivery of our products and gifts
• Management of contracts
• Payment services

• Providing information which we consider is useful to customers
• Providing information about Datacraft’s products, services and/or events
• Providing information about other companies’ products, services and/or events (note that in this case, Datacraft never provide such companies with the personal data)

• Acquiring statistical information (note that a specific individual cannot be identified from statistical data)

If the need arises to use personal data for purposes other than those specified above, consent of the relevant person shall be obtained for said purpose.

Datacraft may entrust all or a part of the business to the extent necessary for the accomplishment of the purposes of use and provide the necessary personal data in such cases.  Datacraft shall exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the trustee to ensure the security control of the entrusted personal data.
Datacraft shall provide or disclose personal data collected by Datacraft to a third party, in cases where any of the following applies, except in cases in which the prior consent of the relevant person was obtained and in which the disclosure of said personal data is permitted as exceptional cases by other applicable laws and ordinances:

• Delivery of products and presents
• Payment services
• Making statistical information

If the need arises to disclose personal data for purposes other than those specified above, consent of the relevant person shall be obtained for said purpose.

At the request of the relevant person, Datacraft shall disclose personal data to the person as long as proper implementation of our business activities is not hindered.  In this case, we shall confirm the identity of the person by the method prescribed by Datacraft.
If erroneous content is included in the disclosed personal data, Datacraft shall immediately correct such content.  In addition, if the relevant person requests discontinuation of the use of the personal data of said person, we shall immediately discontinue such use as long as the discontinuation does not impede the proper execution of the business of Datacraft.

SSL data encryption technology is used as a security measure to prevent interception on the network when personal data is provided on the website.
Firewall technology is used at web servers to prevent unauthorized access.
Although Datacraft shall make utmost efforts in the management of personal data, we are unable to guarantee fully the secrecy of personal data because of the nature of the Internet and e-mail.  Due consideration should be given to this point in the use of websites and e-mail.

To provide users with better service, Datacraft may use cookies in our websites to obtain information identifying your computers.  Note that browsers can be configured not to accept cookies.  When you configure not to accept cookies, you cannot use some parts of websites' functions.

Datacraft may record access logs to review the state of usage of our websites in order to provide better services.  Datacraft will not obtain personal information on users through such logs or activities.
Datacraft integrates third party tracking systems to improve usability of websites.

In some cases, a privacy policy (such as the purposes of the use of personal data, third-party disclosure, security and contact information) is stipulated for each product, service, etc., at websites for such products and services, and in e-mail messages and various notifications.  If provisions that are different from those of this Privacy Policy and/or special provisions are included, the privacy policy stipulated for each product or service shall take precedence over this Privacy Policy.

The content of this Privacy Policy is subject to revision as needed for improvement.  Revised privacy policies will immediately appear on this website after modification.

Datacraft disclaims all and any liabilities when Datacraft observes Japanese laws and regulations in connections with handliing personal data.
